Domestic Shipping (India)
- We ship across India through trusted courier partners such as DTDC and India Post.
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- A tracking ID will be shared once your order has been dispatched.
- Free shipping may be available on eligible orders as per our current offers.

Packaging & Dispatch
- Every order is carefully inspected through multiple quality checks before dispatch.
- Each product is securely packed to ensure it reaches you safely.
- Need gift wrapping or a personalized gift message? Simply contact us via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID after placing your order, and we'll be happy to assist whenever possible.

International Shipping
- We currently ship to selected countries only.
- International customers are requested to contact the JHM Jewels team via WhatsApp or email before placing an order to confirm product availability, shipping charges, delivery timelines, and serviceability to their destination.
- International shipping charges and estimated delivery time will be shared based on the destination country.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges levied by the destination country.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance and local courier services.
